A.M. That coffee! Burrito with sauteed eggplant, onion, peppers, garlic; a smear of pepper jelly, topped with a little cheddar and salsa. Note to self… out of potatoes!
Lunch; egg salad on thin buns, a V-8 and an apple. 1 small bag M&M’s. (ooops!)
P.m.; Fried cauliflower steak and fried green tomatoes, preceded by a big salad with homemade poppy seed dressing. Topped off with 4 oatmeal cookies with raisins. I have 3 peaches left, they are in perfect condition. I have never seen peaches with a shelf life like this! Couldn’t bring myself to eat another one today! maybe in the morning…

Morning, coffee only ugh. Must shop for food.

Breakfast; yogurt smoothie with frozen banana and peaches. Who would have thought!
Snack; bowl of peaches. Hmm…
Lunch; pork’n beans sans the pork! tuna sandwich on thin bread with sliced tomato and (guess what?!) another peach.
Snack; peanut butter and saltines, green tea with honey, double shot
Evening; it wasn’t pleasant, foodwise, a can of tamales and 3 more fresh delicious peaches. Who would have guessed!?

Sarah, have enjoyed reading your posts…love the faces you can make…cracked me up! The photo of you with the glasses way down on your nose was a super photo and by the way I loved the photo on the Christmas card you sent me. Did you set up the apples, Arkansas Blacks, and make the ginger bread house in the background?…really nice. I went ahead and bought the sound track of Winter’s Bone from Amazon and now wondering if I should have ordered it from Marideth…that maybe she would get more money that way..I have no head for business, Sarah. I hope Marideth is financially secure…Best wishes to you both and the happiest of New Year’s and keep Marideth well and happy!!!! Margaret
