An heirloom tomato aptly called "Almost Wild" volunteered and is growing in the tangle next to the garden gate. Less than dime size these beauties are bursting with flavor and the perfect size for salads and snacks. I had a big handful of them before breakfast! August 17, 2009.

After a long day of picking and processing elderberries, the trip home was blessed with a summer thunderstorm that presented two seperate full circle rainbows and a long stretch of shiny reflective light shimmering over the road bed. Augut 17, 2009
